Renew a Book

Please note: "best-sellers" (two-week checkout) are non-renewable. To renew an item, you may:

  • Phone us at 748-8291.
  • Come to the library in person .
  • Fill out the form below:

You can renew individual books using the form below. For each book that you want to renew just enter the title. Make sure to complete the Name field as well, so that we know who you are.

If you want to renew ALL of the books that you have on loan, use the checkbox below and you do not need to fill out any more information, except your name.

To reserve any item, you may:

For each book that you want to reserve, enter the author, title, type of material (book, magazine, etc.) in the space provided.

Regular books, audiotapes, videos and magazines may be renewed twice except when the material is "on reserve" for another patron. Renewal is for a three-week period from the time we process this form.

If this book is not already part of the Athenaeum's collection, we will include it as a Book Suggestion.
