The Athenaeum Tower needs extensive repairs.

 The Athenaeum’s main roof was replaced in 2022, but the tower needs work before its roof can be fixed.

The trim, decorative elements, door and windows need to be scraped, primed and repainted. The wood rails and corner mounts are crumbling and need to be reconstructed.
