Civil War Historian Howard J. Coffin will present a letter to the Athenaeum signed by Senator George Aiken on the naming of the Northeast Kingdom, and give remarks on Senator Aiken and Victory Bog. 

Rob Ide, Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles, will present Howard with a special license plate.
